Delivery
Smaller Items & Just Good Stuff
Items from our Just Good Stuff collection — preloved clothes, secondhand finds, and other smaller bits — are shipped using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, and other delivery partners where appropriate.
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Every order is packed carefully to help ensure it arrives safely and in great condition.
Furniture, Handmade Pieces & Restored Items
Larger items from our Handmade Things and Pre-Loved, Post-Restored collections require a little more care.
Collection is often the simplest option and is preferred where possible. For customers further afield, delivery can usually be arranged using UPS or another suitable courier depending on the size, weight, and destination.
Delivery arrangements for larger pieces will be clearly stated on the product listing.
Returns
Just Good Stuff Collection
Items from our Just Good Stuff collection can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
For preloved clothing, please check sizing and condition notes carefully before ordering — we describe everything as honestly as we can.
Handmade Things & Pre-Loved, Post-Restored
Many of our handmade and restored pieces are one-of-a-kind items rather than mass-produced products.
We provide detailed descriptions, dimensions, condition notes, and photographs to help you make an informed purchase. Please read the listing carefully before ordering.
Return requests for these items will be considered individually and in accordance with your legal rights as a customer.
Collection Orders
Please inspect collection items before taking them home.
Once a collection item has been accepted and taken away, returns may not be possible unless the item is faulty or significantly different from its description.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.
We'll investigate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
