We're a small family business with a big love for homes that have personality — the kind of spaces that feel warm the moment you walk in, where every piece has a story and nothing feels like it came off a conveyor belt.

What we do

Kind & Cosy is built around three simple ideas:

Make it. Matt makes things from scratch — furniture, home decor, and one-of-a-kind pieces crafted with real skill and proper care. Tables, trays, boxes, shelves. If it can be built, Matt's probably already thinking about it. Wherever he can, he uses reclaimed and salvaged materials, because good stuff shouldn't go to waste.

Restore it. Some pieces have had a previous life — and we think that's something to celebrate. David, from Dave in the Box, finds furniture and home decor that's been forgotten, and brings it back. Repainted, repaired, reimagined. Pre-loved, post-restored.

Find it. And some things we simply find — preloved clothes, secondhand treasures, upcycled bits, and other good stuff that fits the Kind & Cosy way of living. Nothing generic. Nothing that doesn't feel right.

Why Kind & Cosy?

Because we believe homes should feel warm, practical, and personal. We care about creativity, craftsmanship, and know these can be symbiotic with sustainability, by taking the time to give things a second chance at life. 

We're not a corporation. We're not a warehouse.
